Skream's Anticipate EP is not available to listen in Belgium

I would love to be able to listen to Skream's Anticipate EP on Spotify, the Netsky remix in particular. Is there any possibility of it becoming available to listen in Belgium?

The album seems to be unavailable for me as well.

Sometimes some content may become unavailable due to (ongoing) changes in licensing or distribution or any other reason.

Usually this is a temporary issue and the affected content should be back in the near future, but sometimes they may be more permanent.
