Sofi Tukker new song SPA not available on spotify

Hey there folks. 

Got question regarding the song. Recently Sofi Tukker came out with new single ( Sofi Tukker x Icona Pop - SPA ). On their youtube video description there is hyperlink to spotify aswell. When clicking on that it opens spotify web version and it shows the song here but its inactive. If im searching it from Spotify itself (phone/pc) song doesnt show up. As i understand that song might not be available for some certain region or how its working?

Spotify wants all the world’s music and podcasts available, but availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders.
