My Question or Issue

Why can't this song https://open.spotify.com/track/37MaXTJZBVg2gIvked6Cnt?si=Xzu7kITfT3q7_VVJT-lklw be played anymore on Spotify?

It appears greyed out and can't be clicked on.

I'm sure it has not been removed by the artist because I'm in direct contact with her. So what's the issue here?
