Song lyrics removed from song?

The song**bleep**/Complicated by Kimya Dawson.

There is a line at 3:18 into the song, "And there are some nice cops in Madison, Wisconsin". Now when the song reaches that point the words are removed and guitar sound plays?

Is this a decision by Spotify? Or the artist? Just curious.

There's a set of rules controlling the kind of content that can be uploaded.

If that song was in violation, I think it would have been removed completely.

So while I cannot confirm this, I'd say the artist probably knows more about that.
