Songs unavailable in my country

Hey, I know I asked this question a while ago, but some songs are still not available.

For example Chief keefs Kobe is on Spotify but I can’t listen to it, why is that still an issue?

I live in Germany but I think songs that are on Spotify should be playable all over the world and this issue is really annoying because this isn’t the only song I can’t listen to.

Explicit content is also enabled so this isn’t the problem obviously, I guess the problem is the country that I live in,Spotify should really fix that

I've checked to see the availability of the song you provided, and it's not available in Germany at the moment. 

Content is available on Spotify depending on the country you're located in depending on the permissions from rights holders and distributors. New content gets added on Spotify daily, and there is more info on this here.
