Spotify Family Error

Spotify Family Error

Hi. We subscribed with Spotify family but then the other members had problems logging in/accepting the invite. How do we solve this?

Hi, I have the same problem. I have been invite in a family plan but I can't upgrade to a premium account. When I "accept the invitation" it opens my Spotify account but still as a free account. We try to send the invitation again but it still do the same. Can you please help ? 

We have the same problem. When i login spotify at my computer (as an admin) and goes to account page and clicks premium for family in the menu on the left, I dont have any permission to send invite or change the member

Can you try and accept the invite on another web browser? Also, do you see any error messages when trying to accept the invite?
