Spotify Made Playlist Change Songs for Different Users

I've noticed that Spotify made  playlists with change for different users. For example, my All Out 90s playlist will have more dance music while my friend's playlist has more hip hop. And when I view the All out 90s playlist when I'm not logged in, it has more different songs. 

Does anyone know why this happens? Is there anyway I can change it back to the base playlist that isn't customized?

Some of the Spotify playlists are also partly adapted to your listening behavior.

It's not possible to switch it off but you can always drag songs from a playlist into your own playlist and share it with yourself.
