Spotify keeps choosing music i never had in my library and change it randomly

I've been using Spotify for a few years now. Lately my app began giving me problems. It's randomly changes songs in the middle, in within a playlist. 

It also keeps choosing music I never had in my library. In fact I never knew existed. Definitely not my type of music. Mostly from an account named "aa" with 3 playlists : 'ak", "Moin" and "." ... 

It's really annoying and I don't know what to do to fix it. Can't see anything in the settings that might affect it. I haven't changes anything in my usage routine.

I already log off from all my devices and changed my password so I don't know what to do next.
