Salve, vi risulta che in Italia sia disponibile qualita' audio lossless ?

A me la qualita' si ferma a molto alta, non di piu', profilo premium .

I hope you don’t mind me replying in English. Sorry to hear you can’t access this feature. I’d recommend a clean reinstall of the app following steps here. Also, make sure to set the download settings to Lossless > at the very bottom of the Media quality tab under Download quality.

Thanks for the reply! It may be possible that Lossless isn’t supported on your device. Can you let me know the make and model of your device? Also, can you send me a screenshot of what you see when you try to access Lossless audio following the steps provided here? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
