After listening to a song, Spotify recommends songs that I already hide.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

If you don't like a song/artist from your Discover Weekly/Release Radar or the playlists made for you by Spotify, then you can use the 3-dotted menu next to the song in question and choose Hide this song in the mobile version of the app. Also, if you tap on the particular artist name (below the song title) and visit his profile page, again on the 3-dotted menu, you can choose Don't play this to stop getting recommendations about that artist.

Keep in mind that while the algorithm reflects you preference similar suggestions might still show up once in a while, but they should not be played for you and skipped, if you have indeed selected the Hide option.

By using these two methods and actively listening to the music you really like, you can, with time, teach the app and thus stop receiving unwanted suggestions in the future.
