Stolen Song?

Keep in mind I'm not trying to be police or anything!

I was screwing around on spotify today and searched mlg as a joke and came upon an artist who's name was mlg, I clicked on it and decided to play the first song, within the first five seconds I immediately reconnized the song as Hello by OMFG and I see this as a copyright infringement, the link to the artist(the stolen is here:

(I do not know how to report song copyright infringement, so forgive me if there was a way to do this and I'm wasting valueable time!)
