Stop someone else's Mix of the week being shown for me

The mix of the week of a person's profile which is not mine, is being shown to me instead of my own. How can I delete this and avoid it being shown to me every week?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

Last year, we received some similar reports and the issue was reported as fixed. In this case, we'd first recommend following the troubleshooting steps mentioned by @Lyubka in the top answer of this thread.

If the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out. 

Lastly, include in your next response a screenshot where we can see the playlist you're mentioning, along with the OS version of your device and the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
