Suggesting an addition to an artist's playlist

I tried looking for songs from an artist and the song is not on Spotify. Is there a way to suggest a song that is not already on Spotify. I know that there is the local files feature but I figured it would be better to share with other people who might like the song too. For instance, I found a sog from an artist named Qarlo and it is not on spotify under his name but it is available on SoundCloud. I just thought I can somehow share the URL and Spotify can integrate that song to the artist's name.

Spotify's got a dedicated team working around the clock to bring your favourite tunes to Spotify, and more importantly, keep them on Spotify, but is sometimes isn't possible 🙂 Check out this Spotify Support article for more info on licensing: https://support.spotify.com/article/content-missing/
