Hi, I purchased Spotify services 2 months ago, I paid for the individual plan that offered 3 free months after having paid for the first month, they charged me the following month when it supposedly has to be free and I thought that the months were just going to add up I mean, I paid 2 months in a row and when I cancel they will give me the 3 months free and no, today I canceled the subscription because tomorrow they will charge me the other month and I wanted to continue only with the 3 months that they promised me and then I canceled and I automatically left all the advantages of premium and still missing 1 day for my plan to end...
