Sadly that release along with also The New Order by Testament is currently not available for Spotify listening regions. Content loses it's licenses and takes time to bring material back that was once available.

Spotify wants all the world's music, and they're working hard on making this happen for you. However sometimes agreements can’t be reached with the artist or label or a change may happen in music ownership.
