The Who's "Tommy" no longer available?

The Who's "Tommy" no longer available?

Does anyone here know why the Who's "Tommy" isn't currently available to stream on Spotify? The only tracks available are Pinball Wizard and I'm Free (presumably because those are on their greatest hits compilations). I'd really like to know why, and if it'll be back, since all their other stuff available and it's a really good album 😞

Hey @Nessimess ,

Spotify would love to have all the world’s music available to everyone. However, some artists and tracks aren't currently available.

I'd recommend reading this article for more info.

Hope this helps!

Why should someone like your answer?

I’ve been listening to this album for years on Spotify and now they remove it without any word. This is no good behavior.  especially on mobile devices this is very annoying if you don’t have the space to upload  albums that you own.

Hi @Thomas_ ,

Just keep in mind that songs availability depends on the artist/label and not Spotify.

Alternatively, you could upload your local files to your Desktop App and sync download them to your phone so you can listen to them offline too. You can find more information about Local Files here.

Thanks, have a great weekend 🙂
