The unavailable song

Hello everyone, spotify admins, anyone who sees this post. I'm from Hungary and I'm a huge Bob Dylan fan. Luckily, his whole discograpy is available for the hungarian users, that's why i think the lincense should be okay, but there is 1 song unavailable from here, it is the super hit, one of his greatest song Positively 4th street, and i just don't get it why this 1 song cannot be listened. Could you check or explain it for me and for thousands of die-hard Bob Dylan fan from Hungary?:) Sincerely. Jimmy Ear

It could be that the record label for the artist has disabled that track for listening on Spotify or just disabled it for certain countries.
