This artist is ripping and reuploading other artist's songs, stealing over 5,000,000 plays

The Low Down released the album Lost in the Sauce on March 17, 2016. Every song on this album appears to be a ripped and reuploaded version of songs on Lil Yachty's Lil Boat album, which was released on April 8, 2016. It is odd that Lost in the Sauce is listed as being released before Lil Yachty released his Lil Boat. I think there is another artist with the name The Low Down, which would explain the legitimate albums released by them in 2000 and 2008.

The illegitimate song Just for the Night has almost 5,000,000 plays, which is more than double the number of plays the legitimate song One Night has (1,966,341).

I am amazed that this illicit album has existed on Spotify for over a month, and has stolen millions of plays from the real artist.
