This seems wrong. Why isn’t there a top 50 playlist for South Korea?

That's an excellent question! You can suggest it as an idea to the idea forums here, and others' support will help Spotify to notice that this is something that they're missing. 

Hope it works out, and I'll keep my eye out for a Top 50 Songs of South Korea in the future.
