HI. Basically as the subject says, I understand that not all artists can be available in every country. What I am not understanding is how an artists with say 10 albums is missing one album in that country. Oddly it was availabto me when I was on the Hong Kong spotify, but not the USA one, even though it is an American artist. It was said that the artist or label chooses where they want the music to be available. SURELY, this artists would not suddenly decide to dedicate just one album to a completely different country. There are a few more artists that I had access to with asian spotify, yet none of their albums appear on the American Spotify, again they are american artists. Can this be explained? For example: James Hall and Worship and Praise has all of their albums on spotify, yet the Live at foxwoods album (released in 2007) is not availabe on the USA spotify even though it does show online when you do a google spotify search.
