My Question or Issue

Hi, I am currently unable to play this song yet this song is not region locked. Each time I attempt to play this it doesn't register it exists in my playlist or it will stop my current playlist if I play it during said playlist.

Would you mind letting us know if you've already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app? This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful to get rid of any corrupted files that might be causing trouble. 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you send over a video or a screen recording where we can take a better look at what's happening? You can send a link to it or attach it using the Insert Video option in the post editor.
