Unavailability of uncensored songs and old releases

Not long ago Spotify has started working in Belarus. I've been waiting for it for a really long time. But I've met some kind of a problem: explicit songs and some old releases of some artists are unavailable. For example, this problem touches the Top Dawg Entertainment record label, so I'm unable to listen to explicit songs by Kendrick Lamar and Schoolboy Q. Same time I can freely listen to censored variants of the songs. What a rap song without explicits? Also the old releases by Scarlxrd like Chaxs Thexry are unavailable too. Notice that Explicit Content is turned on in the settings. I mean how do Belarusian listeners differ from American or European? I'd like to know if Spotify is related to this or it's just some kind of a strange caprice of copyright holders.

The availability of songs on Spotify can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders. Unfortunately, this is something that Spotify doesn't have control over as it is up to the individual music companies.
