across all devices
On the home tab of any platform (desktop, iphone, or web browser) the first section 'Good Morning' always mismatches artist images to artist names and frequently lists the same artist multiple times. Clicking in to one of these items can take me to a random recently listened to artist (i.e., doesn't have to match the image or name).
Hey there @__le,
Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community, and welcome 🙂 We'll do our best to help you sort this out.
We'd first recommend following these steps in order to perform a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful to get rid of any corrupted files that might be causing trouble.
If this doesn't do the trick, could you ask a friend or a family to log in to their account using any of your devices to see if they can replicate this?
Keep us posted.
It happens across all platforms and when i sign in to new devices the same issue occurs.
Hey @__le,
Thanks for getting back to us.
We understand this happens with your account on all devices. However, it would be helpful to know if it happens with someone else's account as this can help us narrow down the cause of this issue.
If you don't have another account to test this at the moment, you can create a free test account here.
Let us know how it goes.
Got it. Logged in using a friends account and the 'Good afternoon' section looks fine for them (see attached image - three images that are the same are correct in this case).
Hi @__le,
Thanks for this info!
Can you confirm the Spotify version you're currently running?
Also, could you give it a try using a different internet connection to see if you notice the same behavior?
We'll be on the lookout.
