What happened to Jay McShann's "If You Need Me"?

I am in dire need of help.

Spotify once had the album "If You Need Me" by Jay McShann. It had a track of "Slow Drag Blues" that is one of the best, greasiest solo blues piano performances I have ever heard.

Then it was taken down. I can't find this album anywhere, except for a few suspicious websites (too sketchy for me to trust downloading anything... not to mention that's illegal).

Virtually every version I find is the 3:04 version (which _is_ on Spotify). But I really need to find the solo version (which I think is 5:52).

Please help me find this song/album. If someone from the Spotify team has any information on why this was deleted / who the producer was / where I can buy it, please let me know.

After Googling ''' jay mcshann if you need me "jazz2jazz" ''', I encountered http://www.organissimo.org/forum/index.php?/topic/78122-max-roach-a-strange-collection-of-tracks/ which led me to http://www.nagelheyer.de/hot-news.html

Looks like the answer is: some European publisher sold/sells many jazz tracks that were (recently?) made public domain in Germany. Probably had to be taken down due to violation of (American) patent law.
