Whats with the Spotify premium ad mentioning tv streaming as a premium feature?

So recently I have been hearing these Spotify premium ads claiming in the features that with Spotify premium "you can stream to your tv". I use tv streaming weekly, and am gonna be really bummed if that's true! Is it true? And- what's up with that? 😞

Connect does work with some devices if you're using an account on the free version, but with a lot more with Premium accounts.
