White Noise - Blue October's New Album (I Hope You're Happy)

I was lsitening to their new album and when it got to track 7. Remission in Cmaj, about 30 seconds in a lot of white noise is heard and it fades in and out about every 5 to 10 seconds. I skipped the song and the white noise appears on Track 8 (How to Dance in Time) too.

I got a mate to try it on his spotify and he also can hear the white noise.

I am not sure if it happens on any other songs past track 8.

Is this the correct place to highlight this?

7.8.9.10 white noise  it's a good album ruined by this looks like a Spotify problem
