Why can't I add a playlist cover?

My spotify won't let me add/change the image for my playlists nor change my profile. It tells me the images are too small when I know for a fact they aren't.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Playlist covers and profile images must be at least 300x300px. Can you please confirm your images meet those requirements?
