Why don't Podcasts or new episodes load at all?

My Question or Issue

Podcasts don't load at all in the app/desktop, nor do the latest episodes. What's going on? The app has been very buggy lately and as a Premium subscriber this is very frustrating.

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? If that doesn't work, can you let me know if you're experiencing the same behavior when you try a different network connection?
