Why is Love Shock greyed out from the 1971 album Rock Love by Steve Miller?

Can anyone provide a reason why one song should be greyed out from an old album like this?

I think most of the time when songs are greyed out it means the songs aren't available in you country for different reasons each time.

Probably due to licensing a request of the record label or artist.

Spotify has nothing to do with it it's all related to the private companies i guess.
