Why new Carly Jae Repsen album E*MO*TION is not available on Spotify ?

I thought it as available in streaming services, but when i search for it on Spotify it doesn't appeard... Why ?

I am also having the same problem.  I cannot find the album from either search or from the artist profile.  However, I clicked on a link from a tweet from @Spotify in Safari on my iPad which then opened what seems to be the album in the Spotify app, though it only has 7 tracks.
