Why songs like Ddaeng, Gods D4 from Stray Kids and various Covers of some Bands aren't avaible on Sp

My Question or Issue

Hello, I have a questions about no more or songs that have never been available on Spotify. For example there was Ddaeng from Bts as a podcast but this song got deleted and I don't get why. I don't even understand why it never has been in a form of song there, it's just their normal song.  Also with God's D4 same situation. And the second question is why there aren't various covers of some Bands, for example Youngblood - Original: 5SOS, Cover by TXT; Overdose - Original by EXO, Cover bei Siyeon and so on.
