Wrong Artist / No help from the support!

Wrong Artist / No help from the support!

Hey,

 

I've tried to submit 3 tickets already, because all our new music is linked to the wrong spotify Artist profile and never got a message back from the support.

 

It's getting really anoying because we can't promote our new music or any spotify link because the track is not on the right profile.

 

Can anyone help us?[Moderator Edit]

Hey @Futago

 

In the future you should also be able to contact your distributor and they can work out these problems with Spotify.

 

I suggest you contact support on either Twitter or Facebook so they can help you with the email you sent to artist support

 

• Tweet or DM @SpotifyCares on Twitter

• Send a message to Spotify Cares on Facebook

 

You will need to include the email address used to contact the artist team and a link to your artist page in your message to support.
