Wrong Context About the Artist

Problem: Truly - a grunge band coming from 90's Seattle. However, the info about the artist is related to a rap singer/artist.

This band does not match with the info given in the about section. Guess, name resemblance was the disruptive factor. However, I've seen a couple of bands/artist info given incorrect. Is there anyway to create a warn/signal/feedback to let people/producer/worker know?
