Wrong album plays for Benny Green album "Magic Beans"

My Question or Issue

Jazz pianist Benny Green released an album in 2013 called "Magic Beans,” with piano, bass and drums. The album available on Spotify is not this album. It has the right titles but the music is not the same and features only solo piano.

I found that the exact same music is present on Spotify, with Benny Green’s song titles, as the album "Music for September" by pianist Vadim Neselovskyi, also from 2013, which includes both classical and jazz pieces. So Benny Green needs his music back and Vadim Neselovskyi needs his titles back.
