Year in Music 2015 Data

Hi, I am very impressed with the Year in Music page that was put out.

Is there anyway to access the data this page is pulling from, through the Spotify Web API or Echo Nest API?  (Song playcount, artist playcount, album playcount, etc.)

I have not worked with the Spotify API before, but from going over some of the documentation do not see anything on playcount or similar metrics.  I would love to be able to access this data to play around with; I have some cool ideas for apps that could make use of this data.

If you do not see it in the API documentation, then unfortunately there is no way to access the data.

There are several ideas in the community for the ability to see personal stats, so I recommend giving them a kudo to show support:
