Zero Hour have an album on their page that is by another artist with same name

My Question or Issue

The artist progressive metal band Zero Hour ( https://open.spotify.com/artist/57foDdq5DkSu5sxe3Lzhyf?si=YAedBQdZQKm5dqXkliErLQ ) have an album ( https://open.spotify.com/album/3JTnTcIqGdSqDASpuiUdAe?si=8fhIq96CThKQH-NJWgHrOA ) on their page made by some other artist with the same name.
The band does have album also called Zero Hour ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero_Hour_(Zero_Hour_album) ) which was rereleased as Metamorphosis ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metamorphosis_(Zero_Hour_album) ) but it's not the album that shows up under the name "Zero Hour" on their Spotify page.
