cant claim my artist profile, no answers

But cant claim the artist profile, 

I sent various emails and nothing.

i sent my twitter, my tunecore screenshot account, and the certificate number of my copyrights

and nothing.

can anyone help? thanks.

Did you try via this link: https://artists.spotify.com/c/access/artist ?

If yes, did you check "artist" or "manager"? The artist has to be the one who requires access and then he/she can (if needed) authorize a manager/label to have access.
