not able to play full albums in windows 11

i can play most of the mixes on home screen but unable to play an album by any artist

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you tell us more about what happens when you try to play the albums? You can also post a video recording or a descriptive screenshot of where the issue occurs.

Is this happening both on the desktop app and the web player?

Have you tried performing a clean reinstall of the app as described here?
