Have you tried reaching out to the artist and ask why their music isn't on Spotify (yet)? That could help the artist change his/her decision. Let me know how it works out!

Hey guys!

As @Hubo already suggested, be sure to check merediths thread and if you feel confident enough, dm or send a tweet to the artist. There also is a link in Merediths thread, where you can suggest songs to be added. It might be worth a shot for futur suggestions for songs. If they get enough people requesting this, they will try to make a deal with the artist and his producer.
