unwanted music

I'm new in the community (french) because mo pb with Spotify premium since 2009!

But, since september on my Iphone and my Mac book there's an intermittent bug:

When i listen to my music

-sometimes an unwanted song (not one from my playlists) begin to play and i can't get rid of it, it always come back. Always the same unbearable "yoga music"!

-sometimes i have the message "do you want to continue on webplayer": i dont use webplayer.

-Sometimes my music skips every 30" to the next in the playlist.

Hey @lilas31500

I suggest you go to your Spotify Account page and click on 'Sign out everywhere', and then reset/change your password. Make sure your password for Spotify is unique!

This revokes access for any unauthorized person/device that may cause your issues.

Try this and let me know if you're still having issues 🙂

It was completely successful, my problem is solved. Sorry for the delay to answer, i broke my foot in a motorbike accident! Thank you very much
