why can't I play music from an artist?

I can no more play music from the band "Explicit Human Porn" and could not find any information why.
Plus, no article in the FAQ, online help or community helped.
Spotify support has become a total mess, no possibility to ask for support and, most important : NO HELP TOPIC ON ARTIST or MUSIC!!! Come on guys have you moved your business to building loo or renting cats???
simply, I am fed up and consider moving to Apple Music
