Buzzing dragging sound in Web Player

When I listen to music there are very jarring buzzing noises as if the music is dragging out. I found the below post describing a similar situation:

The solution described (Edit->Preferences->Disable Hardware Acceleration) obviously does not apply to the Web Player (there's no Edit button, and under the Preferences cog wheel there are very few options, hardware acceleration not being one of them). How do I solve this from within the Spotify web player?

Seems like no one has come up a fix to this problem, or no one just cares. How sad,

Same issue, reported it. Nothing. Did software update and still have the same issue
