Connection problem between desktop and Pioneer X-HM36. (Wi Fi connectionstill fine)

Today while listening through my Pioneer X-HM36 unit via desktop, the music playing cut-out half way through a track. The Pioneer unit is still showing a Wi Fi connection, but my desktop no longer shows it as an available connection. I have tried uninstalling Spotify, but no difference - I still can't get anything to play through my Pioneer unit via Wi Fi (which according to the unit, is still connected). Anyone able to help please? Thank you.

Hey @maxwellmagoo

 

Have you tried restarting (unplugging and re-plugging) your Pioneer unit and the router?
Maybe the connection simply hung.

That's what I usually do when the router somewhy decides it's time to stop working correctly.
