NEXT STEP

It does not show anything on OBSERVE and FIND FRIENDS.

It does not show anything on OBSERVE and FIND FRIENDS.

 It starts loading and just freezes. I installed full package for windows, still does not work. Yesterday it suggested some update, i agreed and then it started showing it for couple hours and then it just shut totally and stopped shooting at all. Becoming very annoying since I have premium account and it just a waste for now.

Hey @Hemmilia,

 

It looks like you got an older version of Spotify installed on your computer. Please reinstall Spotify by following the instructions from this support article: https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/reinstallation-of-spotify/

Unistalled the programm, downloaded it again, tried to install does not work

Please right-click the installer and select 'Run as Administrator'.

It was a line in a player that it was updated and I should restart it in order to see the updates. I restarted and then it started showing everything very good - it was showing all the music suggestions and everything. For 2 mins. And then the program accidentally shut and now it looks like that. That happened for the second time. -_-
