Login with facebook not working

Unable to login to spotify desktop app (windows 7) with facebook login credentials.

I can't log into my spotify by using the facebook login. I also have try to go into my facebook page and try the following commands which was listed as a solution. Is there anyway to get my account back because it seem it completely block me from login.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Hi, this solution didn't work. I reset my password on my facebook. Went back to Spotify on my desktop and I keep getting the error: "Service is temporarily unavailable, please try again later. (Error coded: 7).  I have no issues on my phone... it's just the desktop version. Please help!

Ok, I tried using my facebook login credentials to log in throught the desktop version, and now I'm getting Error Code: 2. Also, clicking the "Log In" button doesn't work. I had to tab to the button and select Enter. Please let me know when this is resolved. If this doesn't get resolved soon... I'm canceling my account with Spotify.

I'm not sure if this helps, but with Error Code: 7, I got the link to logging into Spotify before it completely went dead...

What I said was use your Spotify username and your Facebook password.
Worked for me.

This doesn't solve the program not working. This "solution" only allows for you to listen via web player- which is not what I was looking for. It's pretty lame that we're paying from Spotify Premium but there is no actual support. Weakkkkkkkkkksauceeeeee!

+1 on the "login with email and password you used for Facebook" answer. This will also work if you have no connection to Facebook (blocked at work, for example).

Hi . I use Samsung to connect to my account both log in & Facebook log in not working. It shows as im connected but freezes in the main page saying enjoy your trial .is it because im not paid costumer? Thanks

I'm having the same problem.

When I try to login with my Facebook account on spotify Android app, it says that my username or password was incorrect. I haven't changed my FB password in 3 years.

PLEASE HELP! I just bought a 1 year subscription and now I can't even use my account!
