Playlist will not play correct song

Running Windows 7, and i have made a playlist that i listened to very often. However since the last update to Spotify whenever I want to play a song within the playlist it will play a completelly different song within the play list. So if i chose song A it willl play Song B. Also i have deleted some songs from the playlist but when I try to play Song A it will sometimes play songs from the deleted songs. I have the playlist offline, removed those tried again. Restarted the program. The only solution i have yet to try is making a new playlist with the same songs. Is that the only solution?

Got the same problem today. 

It seems to be playing the song below the song I press.

Mine is about 8 songs off.

Mine isn't the playlist, but the song list itself.  And it's way off.  I play song 1 and it's playing sing #52 or something.  I can't fix it at all.
