Hello,

I bought Spotify Premium, but i can't play any songs. On my phone everything works fine.

I get this error:

Translated in my bad English it says: This song isn't available. If this data is on your desktop, you can import it.

Maybe someone is able to help me, want to listen to music 😞

Try a clean reinstall:

Log out of Spotify and then close the program.

Uninstall

Browse to the cache. The default location should be C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Spotify\Storage and delete everything inside the folder.

Delete the folder C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Spotify\Users\<random numbers-user>\ There is a folder for each profile that has been logged into Spotify on that computer account.

Reinstall.

Going back to a previous version is another possible solution.

I was having this problem but found that ableton was controlling my audio drivers and sportify basically couldn't share the audio driver at the same time (this is put in the most basic terms) but I simply turned off the audio engine in ableton and the tracks played fine in spotiy.
