Why are the shuffle / loop buttons gone?

I'm using the desktop client and after the update, the shuffle and loop buttons are gone and replaced with a like / dislike button. This is weird. There isn't even a way for me to tell if I'm on shuffle or not unless I skip a track and look at the tracklist.

to clarify this is when I'm playing a radio playlist.
