"Create Similar Playlist" button is available but does not do anything

I am on Windows and using version 1.0.64.399.g4637b02a.

I am right clicking a playlist I own and selecting "Create Similar Playlist" - nothing happens. No playlist is created and no prompt comes up. The button is enabled but nothing happens when it is clicked.

I have tried restarting Spotify and have also tried to copy the songs into a new playlist to then try the Create Similar Playlist button but nothing works. I have also tried it on a smaller playlist (the one I was originally trying it on has around 200 songs).
