Album available in web client but not on other clients

I was looking for an album (Dear New Orleans by Various Artists)  and found it through the web client

This album I cannot find on any of the other clients (linux, windows, android). Does anyone know what this is about?

Paste this in the search box of a desktop client and you'll get it:

spotify:album:3XHagCjSAb2cAyaWq3DLUS

However, seems like only some of the songs are available (at least in my country), probably because of license issues.
